Our immaculate, oversized one bedroom Oceanfront Condo is located on 42nd St., in Cedar Sands Oceanfront Condos.

There is a beautiful new built-in swimming pool, the nicest in the area. Our one bedroom condo is furnished with a king sized bed, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room (There are two twin size air mattresses for those unexpected overnight guests). The kitchen is full sized and is equipped with a dish washer and your own washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers.

Additional amenities include free high speed internet, a telephone with local and long distance service (w/in United States), cable TV (with on-demand in the living room), a VCR and a DVD player.

Rental Rates   $350.00-$1000.00 (weekly)

$500.00 deposit to reserve. Returned within 21 days of departure, less $75.00-$175.00 cleaning fee (depending on the detail of the cleaning, the number of guests and the length of stay). Balance due 30 days before arrival at the rental. Cashier's check, money order, cash or Visa/Master Card/American Express will be acceptable with a 2.5% convenience fee.

On Brigantine Beach island, there is sport fishing, surfing, nature walking, boating and 4-wheeling. For skiing, visit any one of the six island marinas. For golf visit The Links, a public golf course that is a Scottish Link course, one of the finest in the area.
